Prior to establishing Moonlit Bay Ventures, Kevin held prominent roles in multiple founder owned companies. He served as a Senior Vice President for an esteemed, founder owned, international cell and gene therapy CDMO, where he demonstrated his expertise in corporate development, capital raising, operational optimization and strategic account management. Additionally, Kevin was an early employee of founder owned, private equity-backed healthcare services company, serving in numerous roles from Chief of Staff to facility level CEO. Prior to working directly for founder owned businesses, Kevin began his career with PNC Capital Market’s investment banking team.

Kevin’s accomplishments have earned him significant recognition across the country. He was named to the Philadelphia Titan 100 Executive list in 2023, underscoring his significant contributions to the healthcare services company. Additionally, Middle Market Growth identified Kevin as a Corporate Development Professional to watch in 2022.

Complementing his professional achievements, Kevin holds a BS in Energy Business Finance from Pennsylvania State University.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Kevin leads a fulfilling personal life. He resides in the vibrant community of South Philadelphia and shares his home with a beloved border collie, Milo. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Neumann Goretti High School and was previously a junior board member of the Union League of Philadelphia. An avid advocate for an active and balanced lifestyle, Kevin passionately participates in Ultra Marathons and Ironman competitions, prioritizing the cultivation of a healthy body and mind.
